Please call us for shipping quotes to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and freight shipments further than 500 miles from Arkansas (Examples: Washington, Oregon, California, Maine, Vermont, etc).
Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Orders drop-shipped can take longer. Average transit times from HarborWare's main warehouse are shown on the map below. All other warehouses are within a 3 day transit time anywhere in the lower 48 states. Please check product page for delayed shipping notices, some products may be drop-shipped from manufacturers or are on back order which can take 2-4 weeks.
Many of our products require Freight Truck delivery, therefore the shipping price shown at check out is an "estimate". If additional freight fees are needed, we will contact you within 24 business hours after your order is placed.
At HarborWare we do our best to keep freight costs down as low as possible for "over-sized items". That's why we deal with over 100 major shipping companies and independent drivers to find the lowest rate possible for every order. One tip to keep in mind, shipping to UPS hubs and commercial locations is always less expensive than residential addresses. If you ever have any questions about shipping please give us a call.
Important Information about shipping over-sized items by freight truck:
Once the freight shipment leaves our facility the customer is fully responsible for the remainder of the shipping process.
A. If no one is "immediately" available to unload when truck arrives, truck is not required to wait (can result in re-delivery fees).
B. Inspect all product for shipping damages. If damages are found, note them on Proof Of Delivery to receive FREE replacements.
C. Scheduled delivery dates can change without prior notice (due to weather and other circumstances).
1. UPON ARRIVAL:
Customer must inspect ALL product upon arrival, if something appears damaged note the damages on the Proof of Delivery (the form the driver takes with them). Noting damages on your receipt will not be accepted. Call us immediately to inform us of the damages; when we receive the Proof of Delivery with the damages noted we can send you free replacements. Ask the driver if you are to keep the damaged goods or not, every delivery service has different rules. Signing off on damaged goods WITHOUT noting damages CANNOT be returned or refunded. Do not "refuse" the shipment if you notice a damage.
Drivers are not responsible for unloading the product off the truck. If customer doesn't have a fork lift it is their responsibility to carry the product off the truck one by one within a reasonable amount of time. Since some dock floats weigh over 150 lbs we recommend having at least 2 - 3 people available to unload the product. Note: Using a lift gate, dolly or any lifting device owned by the trucking company is treated as a "rental" and will result in additional fees of $50 or more.
Customer is responsible for tracking shipment and being readily available at anytime on the scheduled day of delivery and is responsible for re-delivery fees if unavailable when driver shows up. Tracking number is provided by email. Note: not all drivers call ahead. Customer is responsible for additional shipping fees if location is claimed to be "Commercial" but is deemed "Residential" or "Limited Access" by the driver. Residential is considered any home, farm or home-based business. Limited access is considered any business without adequate parking space for a semi-truck to easily get in and out of.

Ordered the wrong size?
In most cases, products can be returned within 10 days of receiving them only if they are unused and still in new (resalable) condition. Customer will pay freight to return item and to ship replacement. Actual shipping cost may be higher than the price shown at checkout as we calculate a portion of the product price toward the true shipping cost. A 5% re-stock fee will be applied to over-sized items or if you are returning 3 or more items. Some restrictions may apply. 15% restock fee for all items returned after 30 days of order.
Order arrived damaged? (Important)

If any HarborWare brand item appears to be broken, you must contact us within 5 business days of receiving it to be eligible for a full refund. For all other manufacturers, you may need to fill out a warranty card and contact them directly.
Returns for all other products:
If the merchandise appears to be defective or you received the wrong item, it can be returned. Please let us know within 5 days of receiving it. Special order items such as: materials made to order or cut to length, cannot be cancelled or returned. New and restock-able merchandise that is still in its original packing may be returned within 15 days of purchase. A minimum 25% restocking fee could be applied. Merchandise returned after 15 days will be subject to at least a 25% restocking fee. Customer must pay freight for any return unless otherwise noted.
